We are based in the US, and we will gladly accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of the day you receive your parcel. If your order has been shipped in separate parcels, the 14-day period should commence upon receiving the final parcel. Please check the list below to help your return and refund get processed smoothly:
Return&Exchange Policy
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: Accessories and items marked “Final Sale”.
Items returned must be in their original, unused condition. Items worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for returns.
If a returned item is shipped internationally (Outside the USA), please mark it as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.
Please ensure you post back your return with traceable service as TAOYAOSHENG are not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
The customer’s refund will be processed after we receive your returned package. For customers who checkout by PayPal, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process the return once it’s received. For customers who check out by credit card, please allow 2 to 8 business days to process the return once it’s received.
If your returned items do not meet the return policy or you sent back items that were final sale, you will have the option to pay for the goods to be returned to you or we will donate the items to charity.

Follow the link above for the return process and we will get back to you within 24-72 hours with a USA return address for you to ship your parcel. We highly recommend you use USPS to return your parcel.
Please follow the return process and then add the correct return items to the return package.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue the refund for the full amount of the item and any applicable tax (Shipping fees are nonrefundable) back onto your account.
Submit an Exchange request
We are based in the China, We will gladly accept exchanges that are postmarked within 14 days of the day you receive your parcel. There are two options for Exchange.
Options 1:
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, we highly recommend you use USPS to return your parcel. We will ship the replacement once we receive and inspect the return parcel.
Options 2:
Please place a new order for suitable items, and the customer will be responsible for the new order shipping freight. Please email the new order number to our customer service representative at info@taoyaosheng.com We will send a prepaid shipping label to the domestic USA customer when we receive the new order number.
Please help us to ensure the returned item has not been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. We will inspect the Qipao and contact you for a refund when we receive the returned parcel.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your order number associated with the items, from there, we will evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Order Cancellation
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address, and other information carefully before making payment. Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed easily. If you want to cancel your order, please email us at info@taoyaosheng.com. Please note your order cannot be canceled after an hour.
